14 Days "no quibble" Cancellation

You may cancel your policy for any reason up to 14 days from the date of purchase and will receive a full refund of any premium paid, provided a claim has not been made under your policy. If you have a travel policy, you may not cancel your policy once your trip has begun.

We will process your refund swiftly - credit / debit card refunds will appear on your statement 4 - 5 working days and this will be reflected on account approximately 4 - 5 days later.
